Residential Leasing and Property Administrator - Vancouver
We have partnered with a locally owned development and real estate company who currently have an interesting portfolio with a mixture of residential, retail and office properties in Vancouver and are growing quickly as new developments are being added to the portfolio. They currently have an opening for a Leasing and Property Administrator to join their team in Vancouver to work with the residential portfolio and are looking for a vibrant and versatile individual to step into the role.
Produce and update marketing materials
Research market information and determine new marketing strategies
Manage paperwork related to applications, leases, accounting and tenants
Oversee the application process for new tenants and update property availability and waiting lists
Handle property viewings for prospective tenants
Assisting the leasing department with lease preparation
Ensure units are prepared and available for tenants to move in
Manage the building access process including key cards for tenants
Handle and resolve any tenant concerns regarding leases or maintenance issues
Prepare and issue correspondence to tenants related to general property notices and individual tenant requirements
Work with contractors, trades and other third parties to ensure the property is maintained to a high standard
Provide administrative support to the Property Manager
At least 2 years’ experience in residential property management and leasing
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience with Yardi would be an asset
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
Professional and friendly telephone manners and a willingness to assist
The ability to multitask & prioritize with a high degree of accuracy
