Real Estate Manager, Infrastructure – Vancouver
We are working with a fantastic company who hold one of the largest and unique portfolios in the Lower Mainland and they are looking to expand their Infrastructure team with an experienced Real Estate Manager. The company offers a fantastic work environment with a team of dedicated professionals who ensure they continue operational excellence of the portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiencies in the administration and management activities required to ensure infrastructure projects are delivered successfully.
Oversee and drive activities related to infrastructure projects including negotiation of leases, property acquisitions, project documents, licenses and agreements
Make sure tenants are meeting the terms of their contracts
Develop strategies for the successful delivery of infrastructure projects
Oversee the rent collection process and ensure cash flow is managed efficiently
Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the whole department
Leadership of the team reporting to you
Manage and maintain all documentation and records
Propose and track project metrics to ensure projects are delivered successfully and achieve the benefits they set out to
A degree related to either real estate or commerce
At least 5 years of experience in an industrial or commercial real estate environment at a senior level with proven experience in infrastructure projects
Outstanding leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate staff to deliver successful projects
Strong negotiation and lease/contract documentation skills
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
