Property Administrator – Vancouver

We have partnered with a successful and quickly expanding Vancouver based Property Management Company who are looking to add to their team in downtown Vancouver. They manage a large portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential properties across BC are looking for a Property Administrator to assist the Property Managers with the smooth running of a mixed portfolio. You Will:

  • Support a team of Property Managers with the administration of their portfolios

  • Build and nurture strong tenant and owner relationships

  • Assist with monthly reporting, rent collections and accounts payable

  • Assist with preparation of lease documentation

  • Deal with tenant calls and issues

  • Obtain quotes, reviewing contracts and coordination of trades

  • Assist with coordination of tenant improvements and move in / move outs

  • Prepare correspondence and notices

  • Perform other administrative duties as required

You Have:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a similar position within property management

  • Effective time management skills and keen attention to detail

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of professionalism

  • The ability to work under pressure, deal with multiple deadlines, effectively handle stressful situations, deal intuitively with situations and work with minimal direction/supervision

  • Excellent customer service and relationship building skills

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
