Commercial Property Manager (Mandarin speaker preferred) - Richmond
Are you a talented Property Manager with at least 3 years’ experience in the industry and looking for a new challenge with an expanding company? We have partnered with a successful locally owned Property Management Company who are looking to add a Commercial Property Manager to their team in Vancouver. They manage a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties across BC are looking for you to join them to manage a portfolio of office properties based in Richmond. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally. A mandarin speaker is preferred for this role.
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties
Deal with tenant issues and resolving problems whilst building strong relationships
Work with the maintenance department to ensure buildings are maintained in an excellent condition
Manage financial statement and budget preparation including reconciliations and manage the property budgets
Conduct site inspections and manage tenant improvement and capital projects
Process property insurance claims
Work closely with vendors and contracts; obtaining quotes and ensuring quality of work
At least 3 years’ experience as a commercial Property Manager
A valid license with the Real Estate Council of BC
Knowledge of commercial leases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi
Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills
The ability to manage property budgets
The ability to converse in Mandarin (preferred)
