Commercial Property Manager (Mandarin speaker preferred) - Richmond

Are you a talented Property Manager with at least 3 years’ experience in the industry and looking for a new challenge with an expanding company? We have partnered with a successful locally owned Property Management Company who are looking to add a Commercial Property Manager to their team in Vancouver. They manage a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties across BC are looking for you to join them to manage a portfolio of office properties based in Richmond. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow professionally. A mandarin speaker is preferred for this role.

You Will:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties

  • Deal with tenant issues and resolving problems whilst building strong relationships

  • Work with the maintenance department to ensure buildings are maintained in an excellent condition

  • Manage financial statement and budget preparation including reconciliations and manage the property budgets

  • Conduct site inspections and manage tenant improvement and capital projects

  • Process property insurance claims

  • Work closely with vendors and contracts; obtaining quotes and ensuring quality of work

You Have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a commercial Property Manager

  • A valid license with the Real Estate Council of BC

  • Knowledge of commercial leases

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills

  • The ability to manage property budgets

  • The ability to converse in Mandarin (preferred)
