Property Administrator – Richmond

We are working with a successful property owner, management and development company based in Richmond, who manage and lease a diverse portfolio of properties including commercial and industrial buildings. They currently have an opening for a Property Administrator, to provide office administration support for their head office. You will perform a wide variety of administration tasks to help support the smooth running of the office.

You Will:

  • Provide full administration support for the running of the property management office

  • Dealing with walk in customers and phone calls

  • Prepare monthly property and leasing expiration reports

  • Assist with production of leasing documentation including renewal correspondence to tenants

  • Produce letters, notices and welcome packages for tenants

  • Assist with issuance of key fobs

  • Follow up with tenants when arrangements expire

  • Be responsible for opening the office for staff

  • Other duties as required

You Have:

  • At least 1 years administration experience within an office environment

  • Strong financial and accounting experience

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with tenants

  • Great communication and organization skills

  • The ability to effectively multi-task and be able to recognize and address important and time-sensitive tasks and matters

  • Strong computer skills including experience with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
